Touchless Forecasting / Override Value Prediction
Sales Forecasting: Conversion of Sales Pipeline (Opportunities / Quotes) into Forecasted Revenue Plan based on historical pipeline conversion rates.
Business Control Tower: Aggregation of procurement / production / storage / transportation costs to develop a granular Cost To Serve model. Ability to translate S&OP Consensus Demand / Supply Plans into fully detailed Financial Forecasts (Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Projections).
Revenue Forecasting: Ability to model installation, training, and other performance obligations on top of outbound shipment plan and consideration of revenue recognition rules to develop a revenue forecast from Sales Order Confirmation plans.
